With Shell as our Gold Sponsor, LSE SU MC members were given the opportunity to meet with representatives from Shell right on campus who came to share valuable CV and interview tips.

Shell was keen to emphasize that rather than dealing solely with Oil & Gas, they interview many graduates involved in finance-related courses such as Economics and Accounting, and were thus suitable to give advice based on interviews they have conducted in the past.

After the event, the representatives from Shell were on hand to give personal attention to those who wanted their CVs reviewed.

Alongside the CV check, the Shell representatives also answered questions from the audience who were interested in knowing about the kind of things that employers look for. The advice given was more specific to graduates who are looking to head back to Malaysia for work.
